ROLE DESCRIPTIONJason Marquardt State Farm is seeking an organized and efficient specialist to fulfill administrative duties, answer incoming phone calls, and greeting clients at our local office. As an intern with our agency, your attention to detail, dedication to customer relations, and sales-mindedness equip you for this versatile position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with social media campaigns and local marketing events (summer months).
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include greeting customers, processing payments in-person and over the phone, and providing policy documents.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be eligible for an internship, you must be a full-time student currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program throughout the duration of the internship.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as operate independently
Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
Reliable transportation to and from our local office in Menomonee Falls, WI.

Compensation $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
